The public website does not itself place analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Fonts and images load from our own website. There are no embedded videos, maps, social media trackers or Google Analytics.

Answers you have not submitted stay temporarily in the memory of the open page. We do not use cookies or localStorage for this. Your language is part of the URL. Information is sent only when you submit it. Read our privacy notice for more information.
My VitalitySpa
My VitalitySpa uses a necessary session cookie to identify the signed-in user, so the account remains available when the page is refreshed. The cookie contains a random session identifier, no profile or wellbeing information, and cannot be read by JavaScript. The session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, after a maximum of eight hours, or on sign-out. The personal email link is exchanged once and removed from the address bar. We do not keep account information in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Secured administration
The restricted administration area uses a necessary session cookie to recognise the signed-in administrator and protect requests. This cookie is not used to track visitors. The hosting provider may apply additional technical security measures.
